The Remittance Information to apply payments must accompany the payment. Payment is considered to have been made when the payment and Remittance Information are received by AT&T-22STATE. If the Remittance Information is not received with payment, AT&T-22STATE will be unable to apply amounts paid to CLEC’s accounts. In such event, AT&T-22STATE shall hold such funds until the Remittance Information is received. If AT&T- 22STATE does not receive the Remittance Information by the Xxxx due date for any account(s), Late Payment Charges shall apply.
