The Representations and Warranties Certificate. During the Study Period and thereafter until the Closing, Crow shall make available to Patriot, its agents, auditors, engineers, attorneys, potential lessees, potential lenders and other designees, for inspection and/or copying, copies of all Submission Matters and all books, records, tax returns relating to operations of the Hotel (other than Crow's income tax returns), bank statements, financial statements, advance reservations and room bookings and function bookings, rate schedules and any and all other materials or information relating to the Property which are in, or come into, Crow's possession or control or are or become otherwise reasonably available to Crow.
