Common use of THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. SECTION I. Pursuant to Section 5.9 of the Indenture, Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Company that Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as Trustee, Security Registrar and Paying Agent under the Indenture.

THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. SECTION I. 1.1. Pursuant to Section 5.9 7.09 of the Indenture, the Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Company that the Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as Trustee, Security Registrar Note Registrar, Custodian, Conversion Agent and Paying Agent under the Indenture.

THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. SECTION I. 1.1. Pursuant to Section 5.9 609 of the Indenture, Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Company that Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as Trustee, Paying Agent and Security Registrar and Paying Agent under the Indenture.

THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. SECTION I. 1.1. Pursuant to Section 5.9 610(b) of the Indenture, Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Company that Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as Trustee, Paying Agent and Security Registrar and Paying Agent under the Indenture.

THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. SECTION I. 1.1 Pursuant to Section 5.9 610(b) of the Indenture, Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Company that Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as TrusteeTrustee under the Indenture, but (a) will retain the roles of Security Registrar and Paying Agent under the Indenture and (b) accepts its appointment set forth in Article 3 hereof, as Authenticating Agent with respect to all Securities issued or to be issued under the Indenture.
