THE RESIGNING TRUSTEE. Section 101. Pursuant to Section 6.10(b) of the Indenture, the Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Issuer that the Resigning Trustee is hereby resigning as Trustee under the Indenture. The Issuer hereby waives the 20 Business Day written notice requirement set forth in Section 6.10(b) of the Indenture.
