The Restrictions. 1.1 No working for or setting up a Competing Business The Executive agrees that during the six months following the Termination Date the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, for his own benefit or that of others, in competition with the Company or any Associated Company: (a) (i) be employed by; (ii) be engaged by; or (iii) otherwise provide services to, a Competing Business which is being carried out or to be carried out in any Restricted Territory; or (b) (i) set up; or (ii) carry on, a Competing Business which is being carried out or to be carried out in any Restricted Territory.
