Common use of The Revolving Credit Advances Clause in Contracts

The Revolving Credit Advances. Each Lender severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make revolving credit advances ("Revolving Credit Advances") to the Borrowers or any one or more of them from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the date hereof to and including the Termination Date in an aggregate amount not to exceed at any time outstanding the amount of such Lender's Commitment; provided that the aggregate amount of the Advances (other than Advances of Objecting Lenders) outstanding shall not at any time exceed the aggregate amount of the Commitments. Each Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 in the case of a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Advances and $20,000,000 in the case of a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Advances, or, in each case, an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or, in the case of a Borrowing of Base Rate Advances, the aggregate unused Commitments, if less) and shall consist of Revolving Credit Advances of the same Type made on the same day by the Lenders ratably according to their respective Commitments. Within the limits of each Lender's Commitment, any Borrower may make more than one Borrowing on any Business Day and may borrow, repay pursuant to Section 2.10 or prepay pursuant to Section 2.15, and reborrow under this Section 2.1.
