THE RIGHTS GRANTED. Subject to the Licensed Parties complying with their obligations and the limitations set out herein, NLA hereby grants the Licensed Parties a non-exclusive licence to carry out the Permitted Acts set out in clause 3 below, together with such of the Permitted Acts set out in clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and/or 9, as the Licensee has opted to include in its Licence, as set out in the Licence Details.
