Common use of The Secured Party May Perform Clause in Contracts

The Secured Party May Perform. If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may, without notice to the Debtor, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 11. hereof.
