The Security Agent as Security Agent Sample Clauses

The Security Agent as Security Agent. (a) For so long as it is a Finance Party in a capacity other than as Security Agent, the Security Agent shall have the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Finance Party and may exercise those rights and powers as if it were not also acting as Security Agent. (b) The Security Agent may: (i) retain for its own benefit and without liability to account any fee or other sum receivable by it for its own account; and (ii) accept deposits from, lend money to, provide any advisory, trust or other services to or engage in any kind of banking or other business with any other party to this Deed or any subsidiary of any such party (and, in each case, may do so without any liability to account).
