The Security Trust. Deed ----------------------- The Subordinated Creditor and the Security Trustee hereby acknowledge that the covenants of the Creditor contained in this Deed and the rights constituted by this Deed and all moneys, property and assets paid to, or held, received or recovered by the Security Trustee pursuant to or in connection with this Deed are held by the Security Trustee subject to and on the terms of the trusts declared in the Security Trust Deed.
