THE SECURITY TRUST AGREEMENT. The Chargor and the Security Trustee hereby acknowledges that the covenants of the Chargor contained in this Deed and the security and other rights, titles and interests constituted by this Deed and the Charged Assets and all other moneys, property and assets paid to the Security Trustee or held by the Security Trustee or received or recovered by the Security Trustee pursuant to or in connection with this Deed are held by the Security Trustee subject to and on the terms of the trusts declared in the Security Trust Agreement.
