THE SECURITY TRUSTEE AS A PARTY. 22.1 The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement only for the purposes of taking the benefit of the contractual provisions expressed to be given in its favour and enabling the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement and the Transaction Documents and shall not assume any liabilities or obligations whatsoever under this Agreement. 22.2 The Security Trustee shall not assume or have any responsibility or liability for any of the obligations of the other Transaction Parties under this Agreement.
