Common use of The Seller will be entitled to Clause in Contracts

The Seller will be entitled to. vary the plans of the unit, if in the Seller’s discretion, such variance or change is reasonably necessary to, amongst others: 10.3.1.1 meet any requirement of the local authorities and/or other governing or regulatory bodies; and/or 10.3.1.2 meet any special impediments, such as water, sewer or electrical lines either above or under the ground or within the buildings; and/or 10.3.1.3 obtain the approval of the development and/or the opening of the Sectional Title Register; and/or 10.3.1.4 address and/or meet any technical and/or legal issues and/or reasons considered necessary by the architect, engineers, land surveyor and/or any local authority or governing or regulatory bodies.
