Common use of The Service Fee Clause in Contracts

The Service Fee. It is your responsibility to pay the Service Fee directly to the Contractor for each separate service request, which means each visit by a Contractor for a single service (for example: plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air conditioning). The Service Fee is due when the Contractor visits your Home for diagnosis.
