Common use of The Share Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

The Share Escrow Agent. shall promptly issue a notice to the Parties, on becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events or proceedings as set out in Clause 8.2(iii) above, including any pending, potential or threatened proceeding which would likely result in the occurrence of such event.

The Share Escrow Agent. shall promptly issue a notice to the Parties, on becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events or proceedings as set out in Clause 8.2(iii8.1(ii) above, including any pending, potential or threatened proceeding which would likely result in the occurrence of such event.

The Share Escrow Agent. shall promptly issue a notice to the PartiesParties (with a copy to the Lead Managers), on becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events or proceedings as set out in Clause 8.2(iii8.1(ii) above, including any pending, potential or threatened proceeding which would likely result in the occurrence of such event.

The Share Escrow Agent. shall promptly issue a notice to the PartiesParties through any mode as specified under Clause 10.1 below, on becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events or proceedings as set out in Clause 8.2(iii) 8.2.3 above, including any pending, potential potential, or threatened proceeding which would likely result in the occurrence of such event.

The Share Escrow Agent. shall promptly issue a notice to the Parties, on becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events or proceedings as set out in Clause 8.2(iii8.2(ii) above, including any pending, potential or threatened proceeding which would likely result in the occurrence of such event.
