THE SIXTH SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO. 1. The Purchaser shall be entitled to all rights privileges vertical and lateral supports easements, quasi easements and appurtenances whatsoever belonging to or in any way appertaining to the said Apartment/Unit(s) or therewith usually held used occupied or enjoyed or reputed or known as part or parcel thereof or appertaining thereto which are hereinafter more fully specified EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Promoter the rights easements quasi-easements privileges and appurtenances hereinafter more particularly set forth in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto.
