The Southwestern Sample Clauses

The Southwestern. Oakland Cable Commission (“SWOCC”), is an organization created by the cities of Farmington, Farmington Hills and Novi for the joint administration of their respective cable television franchises, as set forth in the “ Agreement for Multi-Jurisdictional Administration of a Cable Television Franchise” (Multi-Jurisdictional Agreement”), dated January 10, 1983. SWOCC will administer this Franchise/Ordinance in accordance with the Multi- Jurisdictional Agreement, as amended.
