Common use of The Statutory Services Clause in Contracts

The Statutory Services. 4.2.1 The Council is subject to a variety of statutory obligations and duties imposed by various legislative provisions. 4.2.2 The BID Company recognises that the Council is required to discharge its statutory obligations in respect of the Statutory Services in accordance with the appropriate legislative provisions and guidance and the law in general and that this may give rise to situations that are not always compatible with the objectives of the Parties under this Agreement. 4.2.3 Without prejudice to its statutory obligations the Council will to the extent permitted by law work proactively with the BID Company and use all reasonable endeavours to enable the achievement of the objectives of the BID Arrangements.
