Common use of The Stock Collateral Clause in Contracts

The Stock Collateral. As security for the prompt and full performance of the Obligations, and as security for the prompt and full performance of all obligations of the Pledgor under the Guaranty and this Agreement and all, if any, other obligations of the Pledgor to the Lenders and the Agent, all of the foregoing, whether now in existence or hereafter created and whether joint, several, or both, primary, secondary, direct, contingent or otherwise, the Pledgor hereby pledges, assigns and grants to the Agent a security interest in the Stock Collateral.

The Stock Collateral. As security for the prompt and full performance of the Obligations, and as security for the prompt and full performance of all obligations of the Pledgor under the Guaranty and this Agreement and all, if any, other obligations of the Pledgor to the Lenders and the AgentLender, all of the foregoing, whether now in existence or hereafter created and whether joint, several, or both, primary, secondary, direct, contingent or otherwise, the Pledgor hereby pledges, assigns and grants to the Agent Lender a security interest in the Stock Collateral.
