Common use of The Subject Leased Property Clause in Contracts

The Subject Leased Property. Effective upon the execution and delivery of this Lease Supplement by Landlord and Tenant, the Subject Leased Property shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the Lease and Landlord hereby grants, conveys, transfers and assigns to Tenant, and Tenant hereby accepts, those interests, rights, titles, estates, powers and privileges provided for in the Lease with respect to the Subject Leased Property for the Term.
