THE SUBLESSEE’S INSURANCE. (1) The failure of the Borough at any time to enforce the provisions of this Sublease concerning insurance coverage shall not constitute a waiver of those provisions nor in any respect reduce the obligation of the Sublessee to defend and to hold and save the Borough harmless with respect to any claims or items of injury or damage covered by this section.
