The Support Period Clause Samples
The Support Period. This Agreement and the charges shown in the Schedule shall be effective from the date of commencement shown below and shall remain in force except as stated for a period of Twelve months. It may then be terminated by either party giving THREE months written notice to the other. Otherwise this Agreement will remain.
The Support Period. The Support Period of the Project is 01.03.2019 – 31.12.23. ADRA Myanmar must without delay, inform ADRA Norway of any circumstances likely to hamper or delay the implementation of the Project.
