Common use of The Syndication Agent and the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

The Syndication Agent and the Administrative Agent. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Agents, in their respective capacities as such, each in such capacity, shall have no duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any other Loan Document nor any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or otherwise exist against either Agent, as applicable, in such capacity except as are explicitly set forth herein or in the other Loan Documents.
