THE TERM AND EXPIRY OF THE FIXED TERM. 4.1 The Landlord lets the Property to the Tenant for a term: Beginning on: <<UKPRLEASEFROM>> Ending on: <<UKPRLEASETO>> at the Rent, unless terminated early in accordance with Section D of this Agreement (Landlord’s grounds (reasons) for possession) or unless terminated early by mutual agreement between the parties. 4.2 If the Tenant continues to live in the Property after the expiry of the fixed term referred to in clause 4.1 and no further tenancy has been entered into by the parties, then from the expiry date of the fixed term the Tenant shall occupy the Property under a statutory periodic tenancy in accordance with section 5(2) of the Housing Act 1988.
