Common use of The Term of Pledge Clause in Contracts

The Term of Pledge. 3.2.1 The Pledge shall take effect as of the date that the Pledge is recorded in the register of shareholders of the Company and shall remain effective so long as this Agreement remains in effect. 3.2.2 During the term of Pledge, Pledgee shall be entitled to foreclose on the Pledge in accordance with this Agreement in the event that the Company fails to pay the Consulting Service Fee in accordance with the Service Agreement.
