THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT. 8.1. The Term of this License Agreement shall commence on the date of execution of this License Agreement by all parties, and continue until the following September 30th, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 10. 8.2. Provided that Licensee has received no notice of suspension, default, or termination under this License Agreement or other License Agreement with USPS, Licensee may elect to extend the Term of this License Agreement for an additional one-year Term, commencing on October 1 of each year, by payment to USPS of the required annual license fee no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this License Agreement.

Provided that Licensee has received no notice of suspension, default, or termination under this License Agreement or other License Agreement with USPS, Licensee may elect to extend the Term of this License Agreement for an additional one-year Term, commencing on October 1 of each year, by payment to USPS of the required annual license fee no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this License Agreement.
