THE TERMS OF PAYMENT. 7.1. The price for the Equipment shall be paid by the Contracting Authority in the currency specified in paragraph 6.1. The price for the Equipment shall be paid based on an invoice (a tax document) issued by the Contractor in compliance with this Agreement.
