THE TERMS OF PAYMENT. 7.1. The price for the Equipment shall be paid by the Contracting Authority in the currency specified in paragraph 6.1. The price for the Equipment shall be paid based on an invoice (a tax document) issued by the Contractor in compliance with this Agreement. 7.2. Should the invoice issued by the Contractor not have the adequate particulars required by this Agreement or legislation, the Contracting Authority is entitled to return it within the due date to the Contractor for completion without exceeding the due date. The period of the due date begins anew once the properly completed and corrected invoice is delivered to the Contracting Authority again.
