The Third Parties. (a) for exercising the rights of the Bank due to the failure of the Customer to duly perform conditions outlined in the Agreement, and/or for monitoring of fulfillment by the Customer of the conditions of the Agreement; or (b) which are interested in acquiring/syndication if the Bank claims arising from the Agreement and/or assignment of obligations of the Customer.

  • No Third Parties Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.

  • Rights of Third Parties A person who is not a Party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement. This clause shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
