The Title Commitment Sample Clauses

The Title Commitment. Seller shall satisfy any requirements directed to it listed under the Requirements Section of the Title Commitment, including, but not limited to, the reconveyance of the lien evidenced by the Deeds of Trust and related documents listed in Items 5 through 7 and the Mechanic’s Liens listed as Items 9 and 10 of Schedule B of the Title Commitment.

The Title Commitment. Within ten (10) days after the Effective Date Seller shall deliver to Purchaser the following:

The Title Commitment. The consent of the manager of the Inverness LLC to the transfer of the LLC Interest to Purchaser and the admission of Purchaser to the Inverness LLC as a substituted member entitled to a 9.639% Preferred Equity Investor.

The Title Commitment. Purchaser shall order a commitment to issue an owner’s policy of title insurance with respect to the Property from the Title Company (the “Title Commitment”) and copies of all recorded documents referred to on Schedule B of the Title Commitment as exceptions to coverage, which shall be promptly delivered to Seller after the same are made available by the Title Company. As of the Effective Date, Seller has delivered to Purchaser a copy of the existing survey of the Property. Purchaser may, at its option and sole expense, cause the existing survey to be updated or a new survey performed. The existing survey, as updated or the new survey, as the case may be is referred to herein as the “Survey.”
