THE TRUST AND PLANS Sample Clauses
The "Trust and Plans" clause defines the establishment and governance of a trust and any associated benefit or retirement plans within an agreement. It typically outlines the creation, management, and administration of the trust, specifying the parties involved, their roles, and the assets or benefits covered. For example, it may detail how employee retirement funds are held in trust and the procedures for contributions and distributions. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the trust and related plans are properly structured and managed, providing legal clarity and protection for beneficiaries and trustees alike.
THE TRUST AND PLANS. This Trust, the Plans and each Participant's Plan Agreement are part of and constitute a single, integrated employee benefit plan and trust, shall be construed together as the entire agreement between the Company, the Trustee, the Participants and the Beneficiaries with regard to the subject matter thereof, and shall supersede all previous negotiations, agreements and commitments with respect thereto.
