Common use of The Trust Manager Clause in Contracts

The Trust Manager. Party A acknowledges that the Trust Manager will, at the request of Party B, perform the day to day management of the Trust on the terms and conditions of the Master Trust Deed and Series Notice. Unless expressly advised to the contrary in writing by Party B from time to time, any rights or obligations of Party B under this Agreement may be exercised or satisfied (as the case may be) by the Trust Manager on behalf of Party B and Party A is not obliged to enquire as to the authority of the Trust Manager to take such action on behalf of Party B. Except where the context otherwise requires, references in this Agreement to a “party” to this Agreement are to Party A or Party B.
