The Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Tax Administrator May Own Certificates. The Trustee (in its individual or any other capacity), the Certificate Administrator or the Tax Administrator or any of their respective Affiliates may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates with (except as otherwise provided in the definition of “Certificateholder”) the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator or the Tax Administrator or one of their Affiliates, as the case may be.
