The undersigned acknowledges a. That he/she has received adequate information about the Company;
b. That this subscription, if accepted by the Company, is legally binding and irrevocable;
c. That the Company has no financial and operating history;
d. That the Shares have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1 933 as amended.
e. That the representations and warranties provided in this Subscription Agreement are being relied upon by the Company as the basis for the exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, and of the applicable state's securities laws.

IT IS THE INTENTION OF EACH PERSON ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT, BY THIS INSTRUMENT, TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE FOUNDATION FOR ANIME AND NICHE SUBCULTURES, THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORING FANIMECON, AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, OFFICIALS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
