Theft or Damage Clause Samples

The 'Theft or Damage' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures in the event that property covered by the agreement is stolen or damaged. Typically, this clause outlines which party bears the risk of loss, the steps to be taken following an incident (such as notification and documentation), and any obligations regarding repair, replacement, or insurance claims.
