These Service Level Terms. (a) set out the quality and performance of the Core Service Level commitments, and Ancillary Service Level targets of the LFC to the Service Provider for the delivery of the Direct Fibre Interconnection Services; and
(b) provide for a rebate mechanism where the LFC fails to meet its Core Service Levels.
