Third Drawdown Notice. A duly completed Drawdown Notice for the final Advance with the Drawdown Date being on or one (1) Banking Day prior to the Delivery Date. Within five (5) Banking Days after the Drawdown Date for the final Advance, letters of undertaking in respect of the Insurances as required by the Facility Documents together with copies of the relevant policies or cover notes or entry certificates duly endorsed with the interest of the Facility Beneficiaries.
