Third Mezzanine Note A-. 1-b shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Third Mezzanine Note, dated as of the date hereof, in the principal amount of $38,437,500, made by Mezzanine Borrower in favor of GACC, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Third Mezzanine Note A-. 2-b shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Third Mezzanine Note, dated as of the date hereof, in the principal amount of $23,062,500 made by Mezzanine Borrower in favor of JPMC, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
