Common use of Third Option to Extend Clause in Contracts

Third Option to Extend. On or before one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Second Extension Period, provided there are no material uncured Events of Default existing under the extended Lease, Tenant may extend the term of this Lease for an additional five (5) years by notifying Landlord of such intention in writing (“Third Extension Period”). The maximum term of the Lease with three extensions is thirty-five (35) years.
