Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties hereto and their successors and assigns, any rights right or remedies remedy under or by reason of this Agreement on any Person other than the Parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, nor is anything set forth herein intended to affect or discharge the obligation or liability of any third persons to any party to this Agreement, nor shall any provision give any third party any right of subrogation or action over against any party to this Agreement.
