THIRD PARTY ACTION NOTIFICATION. SUBRECIPIENT shall give the MDEQ prompt notice in writing of any action or suit filed, and prompt notice of any claim made against SUBRECIPIENT by any entity that may result in litigation related in any way to this Agreement.
