Common use of Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. No Third Party is intended or shall be deemed to be a beneficiary of any provision of this Agreement. TSD and TPC acknowledge that Affiliates of TSD and TPC have certain obligations under this Agreement, and TSD and TPC shall ensure that their respective Affiliates perform and otherwise comply with all such obligations. Neither Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to take any action which, if taken by it, would violate its obligations hereunder.
