Common use of Third Party Beneficiaries and Dedication Clause in Contracts

Third Party Beneficiaries and Dedication. (a) Buyer Indemnified Persons and Seller Indemnified Persons are third party beneficiaries of this agreement. This agreement does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any Person other than the Parties, Buyer Indemnified Persons and Seller Indemnified Persons. (b) No undertaking by one Party to the other under any provision of this agreement will constitute the dedication of that Party’s system, facilities, Project or any portion thereof to the other Party or to the public or affect the status of Buyer as an independent entity or Seller as an independent entity.
