Third Party Benefits. None of the provisions of this Agreement will be for the benefit of, or enforceable by, any third-party beneficiary, except that each designee selected by the Company pursuant to Section 5.6 or Section 5.8, and GFI Caminus LLC in its capacity as General Partner of the Company, are intended as a third-party beneficiary of all rights of the Company hereunder.
