Third Party Claims (2. Where a Defendant Contracting Party makes a Third Party Claim against the other Contracting Party and such Contracting Party wishes to make a Third Party Claim against the other Contracting Party the provisions of paragraph 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis as if such Contracting Party had been the Defendant Contracting Party and similarly in relation to any such further Contracting Party.
