Third Party Commitments Clause Samples
The Third Party Commitments clause defines the obligations and responsibilities that a party assumes in relation to agreements or promises made with entities outside the main contract. Its core function is to prevent unauthorized obligations and ensure that neither party is unexpectedly bound by commitments made to external entities, thereby protecting both parties from unforeseen liabilities.
