Third Party Consent. Each of the following Persons consenting to the change of control of the Company as anticipated by this Agreement and agreeing not to terminate their respective agreements in a form satisfactory to the Purchaser: (i) lessors’ of the Property Leases; and (ii) the third parties to any Material Contracts which require approval in the event of a change of control.
