Common use of Third Party Consents and Government Approvals Clause in Contracts

Third Party Consents and Government Approvals. To the extent that either the Contribution or the Redemption requires a consent of any third party or a Governmental Authorization, the parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain each such consent and Governmental Authorization at or prior to the time such consent or Governmental Authorization is required in order to lawfully effect the Contribution and the Redemption.
