Common use of THIRD PARTY CONSENTS AND PERMITS Clause in Contracts

THIRD PARTY CONSENTS AND PERMITS. All consents and approvals from parties to material contracts or other agreements with Holdings and all Permits (including any state securities law approvals required in connection with the issuance of Holdings Common Stock) that may be required in connection with the performance by Envision or Holdings of its obligations under this Agreement shall have been obtained.

THIRD PARTY CONSENTS AND PERMITS. All consents and approvals from parties to material contracts or other agreements with Holdings MAXIMUS and all Permits (including any state securities law approvals required in connection with the issuance of Holdings MAXIMUS Common Stock) that may be required in connection with the performance by Envision or Holdings MAXIMUS of its obligations under this Agreement shall have been obtained.

THIRD PARTY CONSENTS AND PERMITS. All consents and approvals from parties to material contracts or other agreements with Holdings Control and all Permits (including any state securities law approvals required in connection with the issuance of Holdings MAXIMUS Common Stock) that may be required in connection with the performance by Envision Control or Holdings the Stockholders of its their respective obligations under this Agreement or the continuance of such contracts or other agreements with Control or MAXIMUS after the Closing shall have been obtained.
