Third Party Consents and Signatures to Closing Deliveries. Each of the Seller Closing Deliveries requiring the consent of or execution by third parties shall have been obtained and any such instrument shall have been duly executed by any such Person, and notarized, if required, and delivered into escrow with the Title Company for Closing.
