Third Party Consents Relating to Intellectual Property Collateral. Each Pledgor shall use reasonable commercial efforts to obtain the consent of third parties to the extent such consent is necessary or desirable to create a valid, perfected security interest in favor of the Administrative Agent in any Intellectual Property Collateral, including, without limitation, intent-to-use trademark applications.
